Guthrie, in partnership with U-GRO Learning Centres and Discover the World Children’s Center, opened a new childcare option in Sayre in August 2021.
By partnering with local and regional experts, the new center provides not only an exceptional early childhood experience, but a foundation for success that will carry children through their K-12 years.

The 15,000 square foot facility includes:
- 10 modern, bright and open classrooms with capacity for 152 children

- Custom-designed 12,000 square-foot outdoor playground

- Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Lourdes is pleased to offer associates and the community a safe and educational choice for childcare. The Lourdes Childcare Center is a fully-licensed childcare and learning center located on the Lourdes Hospital campus. The Center is open year-round*, Monday through Friday, and provides care to children ages 6 weeks through 6 years of age.
We have educated and experienced caregivers that will facilitate the nurturing environment and educational needs that are essential to your child’s growth and development.
Learning is meant to be a natural, happy experience. Children learn through hands-on experiences such as play, experimenting, and exploration. Children flourish when the process of discovery is encouraged and reinforced. This is the philosophy behind the Lourdes Childcare Center’s research-based curriculum, which fosters individual growth by providing plenty of opportunities for exploration and child-initiated choices.
